These guys came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. We bought a house and were lied to about the age of the roof. These guys tore out three layers of shingles, a heap of rotten wood and put in a perfect roof with new ventilation and left the property impeccably clean all in about a day and for a very fair price. John’s a nice guy too. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about John Kaptein Contracting. Two years after installing our roof, they returned to inspect an issue that, after inspection, ended up being unrelated to their work. Not only did they check it thoroughly, but they also cleaned and repaired the gutters. Their dedication and exceptional service went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

We had a roof leak recently. I called numerous roofers of which a few didn’t call back. I had 5 come out and look at the roof. All but John Kaptein wanted to sell me a roof. John took 1 look and saw the problem. Went up on roof to verify what he thought was the issue. He fixed the roof yesterday for a few hundred dollars versus over $20,000 for a new roof. I appreciated his honesty and when I do need a roof I’ll be calling Kaptein Contracting. Thanks John

John and his crew exceeded our expectations. We had a huge roof leak on our home, not only did John discuss the issue after hours, he had someone out the next morning to temporarily remedy the problem until they could replace the roof. I received four different quotes from large organizations, all submitted proposals that clearly indicated some price gouging given the urgency of this issue. However John offered an extremely fair and reasonable price, the quality of work was top notch. Would definitely utilize his services in the future and recommend him to all family and friends.

John and his crew did an excellent job on my challenging roof. He took the time to listen to several specific requests and fixed three problems with the roof, ventilation, and flashing that had existed during the 19 year life of our house. I highly recommend him and his company.

Installed a new roof about 15 years ago and he did a great job. It still looks good and does not leak. I am looking for a roofer for another project and I will be calling them again to do a new roof for me. He was fast, easy to work with and did what he said he was going to do. Reasonable price, done fast, nice work… I recommend them.
